Aby's Restaurant opened its doors back in May of 2002 as a pizza place in the center of Matawan. During our first years, we started to introduce some of our traditional Mexican dishes to our customers. Two years later it just felt right to change our menu and our business to a Mexican Restaurant. Not only we received support from our customers, but we also better identified with our roots, traditions, and culture. It was the start of our success of Aby's Mexican Restaurant as you know it today.
