OUR STORY

Aby’s Restaurant opened its doors back in May of 2002 as a pizza place in the center of Matawan. During our first years, we started to introduce some of our traditional Mexican dishes to our customers. Two years later it just felt right to change our menu and our business to a Mexican Restaurant. Not only we received support from our customers, but we also better identified with our roots, traditions, and culture. It was the start of our success of Aby’s Mexican Restaurant as you know it today.

Ingredients

With the help of our Chef, we created a menu that reflects diversity and richness of cuisine from different states of Mexico. From Burritos to Chile Relleno to Tamales to our signature salsas. We make all our salsas in-house with fresh products imported weekly from Veracruz, Mexico. After more than a decade our commitment remains to serve fresh and home-cooked meals with a passion and love for our heritage and traditions.
